Port of Houston: Hurricane Harvey May Impact 15 Container Vessels

Hurricane Harvey hit southeast Texas in the US and caused heavy rains over the past weekend. The Port of Houston has been closed since noon on August 25. Vessels are not able to berth, shift, or sail from the container port.

We are monitoring the situation and its impact on the schedules of vessels heading to the port. The following 15 container vessels with an original estimated time of arrival on August 27-30 may be affected by the hurricane:
